Return and refund policy

Returns

Kinloch Honey does not offer any additional voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond your statutory rights.

If you need to contact us about a return, please email Kinlochhoneyuk@outlook.com.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Where a return is required or agreed, items should be sent to:

Unit 163366
Courier Point 13
Freeland Park
Wareham Road
Poole
Dorset
BH16 6FH
UK

You can contact us with any return questions at Kinlochhoneyuk@outlook.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Where a return or replacement is required because an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, Kinloch Honey will cover the relevant return or replacement shipping costs.

Change of mind and cancellation rights

Kinloch Honey does not provide an additional voluntary change-of-mind return service.

This does not affect any cancellation, return or refund rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from an online order, that right remains unaffected by this policy. Any applicable statutory exceptions also continue to apply.

Please contact us if you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, or otherwise assessed the issue.

Where a refund is due or agreed, it will be made to your original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If you have any questions about an approved refund, please contact us at Kinlochhoneyuk@outlook.com.

Statutory rights
